Angry over the wrong contracts...

I don't understand how the contracts are made. How come Kenshin Kawakami makes overall $5MM more than he really does in real life, and how come Chipper Jones' 2010 and 2011 contract is nearly $20MM when in real life it's really just $13MM??? I don't understand... and don't even get me started on Marlon Byrd's contract. Dang... I feel bad for the Rangers that the contracts were all screwed up this year.

The MLB 2009 game was created by volunteers. For whatever reason, there were a number of errors in contracts that never got fixed. They are quite easy to fix yourself, by making yourself commissioner and going to the Editor for each player. I highly recommend this approach to solving the problem. Amazingly enough, getting angry about it doesn't actually cause any fixes to occur.
