Am I wrong to use this?

Also ATF-Cleaner.
Are these good to use to keep your computer from getting too cluttered?
Several computer repairmen have suggested that I use these.

Do you guys agree?

I use AVG as my virus protection.
Also Super Anti-Spyware, Spybot and Ad-Aware.

Comments would be appreciated.
I think you gotta watch what the registry cleaner is cleaning or else it could make things worse. I use to use avg and spybot but avg seems bloated and spybot doesnt seem to do as good a job. But i havent totally abandoned it. I prefer Malwarebytes. I do like CCleaner as well. But nothing can mess up your system as well as Norton. Not even the worst virus ever made.

I've switched to Malwarebytes as well..very good. I use AVG 9 which is much better than AVG 8 IMO. Those are the only two protection programs I have installed.

I liked Windows Security Essentials as well. It didnt seem to have too much overhead. Plus who should know more about cleaning their system than Microsoft? Well actually it does seem better than that what was it Live care that they had before?
