Promotion/Relegation Question

I want two major leagues(24 team each)

However, I only want ONE AAA league, ONE AA league, ONE A league, ONE Rookie league with all 48 teams

Is this possible? And if so, anything I need to be wary of upon setup?

do I have to do this manually though? it won't let me select teams from two different major leagues when I create a singular Triple A

You have to have one major league with two subleagues/conferences, like the default MLB and MAL setups, to do what you want.

In game setup/functions you can move all the teams to a single league and then delete the empty one. I have not done this but it looks possible.
