League Pitching Totals Way Too Good...Help

How to I go about trying to get those ERA's up. Every game is like 3-1 or 2-0.

Let me know if you need any info from my league and I will post some more screen caps.

Basic Info

High School Universe
128 Total Teams
42 game season
Playoffs: 32 Teams (Round 1,2,3 are 3 Game Series...Round 4 is a 7 Game Series and Round 5 is a 9 Game Series)

Is this a high school feeder league or an independent league with high-school aged players?

Currently, while in testing it is Independent.

Once I get a good feel for the settings and numbers I am going to add it to a Fictional League I am creating as a Feeder if that is at all possible.
