Logos and pictures questions

Now I know someone will scoff at what I am about to say, but it is how I like to run my league. I am trying to force update all pictures in my league and when it gets to 25% it gives me a runtime error. I have 110 years of history and I do not delete players who never made it to the majors so i have around 120000 players in my save. Could that be causing it? Also I give each team a custom logo, but sometimes I come back to the save game and the logo goes back to a default logo. What am I doing wrong?
