First off I'd like to apologize for digging up this recent dinosaur, however, running a small 4 team fictional league I decided to add a feeder and this happened to me also I clicked on Add minor league --> College Feeder League and it created the High School league along with it.

Also I've zipped the league if anyone wants to examine this and answer one of these questions
a) Is this a glitch?
b) How could I avoid this?
c) How could I force this?
d) Should I ignore myself?

Very strange if this happens it is best to delete the HS league as it serves no purpose and is worthless. My conclusion is a. its a glitch of some kind and b. it should be avoided and c. yes I should

Am going to test this myself now. Seems a bit odd. The obvious question is whether it works as it seems like it would based on that screen shot...

Didn't do it when I tried it just now.

FWIW I was bored so I decided to give this a shot.

Worked (or didn't, depends on how you look at it) the first time.

Fired up a quickstart using ML, went in and added a college feeder league. The game auto attached a HS league to said college league.

Odd.

The question is, if you sim 10 years do you get the HS players feeding into the college league?

If so, then this is what SHOULD happen, so while it's a bug, it is a bug that should be made into a feature.

After my post I had simmed a few seasons and was watching for just that. It seemed the HS players were released from their teams, did not feed into College, and essentially disappeared. The new college players were created at the time when the college teams needed them. Also, I'd like to add the talent levels of the HS were extremely low across the board.......

??? I just checked the code, and this seems impossible. Really weird. Couldn't duplicate it in my tests either.
