Saving Player Histories

A quick question...my player histories seem to get wiped out after each season. Do I need to click something somewhere to keep this from happening?

The actual "player histories", like the ones at the bottom of player reports? No, I don't think so. Are you deleting or moving the files in your news/txt/players folder?

Yeah, those. The only thing that's been moved is I've had to go from backups periodically, but every season it seems the accomplishments of the season before, like awards and such, are gone. Through my dynasty, I have a record of player of the week, etc. and I'd be glad to go through the histories and fix this as long as I know it won't get messed up again, which is why I'm checking.
