Adding one coach photo to a saved game..

I am using a historical facepack for my saved game.

I have all the photos saved to the correct path for saved game, so that is not the issue.

They facepack didnt have photos for some coaches that never played in the majors, so I edited one of the fictional coaches and named him Earl Weaver.

Anyway, I tried importing an Earl Weaver picture to the saved file. scaled it down to be the same size as the other pictures and tried various formats, jpg, png, bmp etc..

The picture doesnt seem to show up for Earl at all. I never had problems adding photos for players in my saved game.

Is this occuring perhaps because I renamed a fictional coach as Earl Weaver?

I really cant figure out why his picture wont appear in the game.
