I am trying to lower my payroll and have a player making 15mil in his final year before the season starts. I have tried to trade him but every time I do, I get a message that he is either already included in a pending offer or will be a free agent soon. Neither is the case. Why would this happen? And how can I fix it?
![]() Thanks in advance. |

Have you gone into your league transactions area and clicked the pending offers and pending trades tabs? Maybe there is something there that could explain it.
Does he have a no-trade clause in his contract? Sorry if I can't be of more help. I haven't encountered this personally. |

Check his contract. That sounds like the "no trade" error message.
