From my experience, OOTP will work with you to transfer your license if you email them personally. However, I just ended up buying a new game because 1) OOTP have given me more hours of enjoyment than I've ever paid for and, therefore, I looked at my purchase as an investment 2) it was the least amount of hassle.
Also, if you have an existing league that you want to save, make sure to tell the Mac folks who are setting up your new computer about it and they will take care of you. My transition when very smoothly. |

I also have one for both Mac and PC. You could always try to trade it for a mac license or sell the pc one. I do believe it is allowed but you might want to email OOTP to make sure.
