Computer crashed, possible to redownload

Hi, I bought the game a couple months ago. My computer crashed, so I bought a new on, but dont have the info of my download. Is is possible to redownload game without having to buy it again. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

You can re-download the game at the link at the top of the screen for 'Patch #4, version 10.4.31 available'. Your original purchase came with two licenses for installation. So if the computer that died was your first install, then you should be able to install it again, put in your Order ID again, and you are ready to go.

If you lost the Order ID from your original purchase, then contact eLicense and see if they can help you out in retrieving it. Also, you can contact eLicense to reset the license you lost from the dead computer.
