Inter-League Schedule
Hello,
I use a custom schedule in my fictional league. It includes a few inter-league games. When I proceed to the next year, the schedule is generated so that games played within each league follow a specific format, based on where the teams finished in the prior season. However, it seems that the interleague games are somewhat randomly generated. Is this correct? Or is there a way I can set up the schedule so that the interleague games are also based on where the teams finished. What I'm trying to do, is have it where each year the top teams from each division face the top teams in the other league's division when it comes to the selection of their inter-league games. So, for instance, if New York in the AL finishes first in it's division, it would then face the first place finishers of the East, Central, and West NL divisions. Is this possible to automate or do I have to manually edit the interleague part of my schedule each year? Thanks, Brian |
