My historical league is ruined

I just finished my first year of a new universe where I played as the '61 angels, playing out each game. I was excited about where they were going, had some good players in my farm system. When I got to the point when the draft pool was created (I moved the draft to Nov 15) all the players in the draft were fictional. I had the option checked to "Automatically Import Historical Rookies". The link to the database was correct. The folder had Gambo's DB in it. Yet all the rookies in the draft pool are fictional. I don't want these bozos in my historical universe. Does anyone know why this happened? Is there a way to delete the current draft pool and regenerate it with the correct people?

Delete the players in the rookie pool. Change your ammy draft date a day into the future and try the import again. Something's wrong or else it'd import the correct guys.

Did you already have a rookie draft earlier in the same calendar year? Maybe in march before the season?

I think this would do it too, as the guys have already been imported in March.
