Pitching Role

I have had an issue with this on several occasions. I have a couple of young pitching prospects that have relatively high endurance rating (>50). I switched their role to SP. However, despite the fact they continue to improve on endurance, my manager continues to use them as RP/CL. I like to let my manager handle to DtD activities while i handle roster moves, contracts, and big picture tasks. Any advice would be appreciated.

you can go to 'set player strategy' or something by right clicking the players' name and then setting him to 'force start' as a starting pitcher.
