Pitching rotation not followed
My pitcher is not tired. In the preview area for that days starters it will say .. Brett Anderson. Then I sim the game and Brad Ziegler got the start. He's not even a starter!
This happens fairly regular. Help! |

Check that you're not using your 7 day lineups. There may also be problems with using it:

Another thought - is Brad Ziegler your spot starter? If he's your spot starter and Anderson is the 5th starter, then Ziegler could drop in for Anderson some percentage of the time, even if Anderson is rested. If Anderson isn't the fifth starter, I'd go with what was said above.

Hah! My big quirk was when I had the rotation set to 4 man but I had 5 guys listed as starters.
I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it wasn't starting the most rested guy. But now I am playing log stretched of games and my 5 man rotation still leaves the 5th man a bit tired. So I need to make sure I have my spot-starters set. SoCal Doug |
