Zero stamina pitchers in 1900 historical league

Anyone else ever see this? I haven't played many historical leagues, but I decided to import the 1900 season. I noticed there are a bunch on pitchers listed who have zero stamina?

Most have around 300 IP in the previous year with 30 to 40 starts.

btw, stamina is listed zero in the editor.
