Salary Cap Question

I have a hard salary cap of 60 million in place. However, I just checked the financial report and Houston has a payroll in excess of 61 million.

Has anyone seen this before? I'm guessing I made an error somewhere, but can't seem to figure it out.

Nevermind...it looks like during the off season you're allowed to briefly go over the cap. All teams are underneath now that the new season has started.
