Feeder League Question...

I'm trying to set up feeder leagues (Col and HS) for a standard MLB setup league. It seems by doing the math that I need roughly 130 teams between the 2 leagues (30 round draft...30 teams). My problem is that having this many teams creates SO many great prospects that it loses it's realism. Has anybody experimented with this and adjusted the modifiers in a manner that creates a more real draft pool? I'm willing to do the test runs, but if I could get a jump start for roughly where I should be that would be excellent.
