Attendance
Is it possible that something is wrong with attendance in this game? I'm playing against the Cubs in the World Series (yr 2016). It's the Cubs first trip in forever and yet they have not sold out one World Series or playoff game. How is that possible? Also, I have yet to sell out one playoff game. I know this is fairly insignificant but shouldn't this be more accurate? Any thoughts?

For 2016 you're right. The Braves had a few playoff series near the end of their long run when they didn't fill the stands, but nowadays that's rare enough to be remarked upon. If you were playing in 1916 (or 1966) you should legitimately expect to have unsold seats.

I see the same thins
A lot of my important games are not sole out. Playoff team, good popularity and fan loyalty, yet key division rivalrys, play in, play off, even world series games sometimes dont sell out.

While we are talking about this, I wish we could have an average attendance option for each team, to accomodate the teams with huge stadiums or for the big name Yankee-like teams in our leagues.

Increasing Market Size will increase your revenue (especially broadcast revenue, if you selected to have that vary by market size), but I don't know whether it has an effect on attendance. I'm guessing not. Increasing Fan Interest will also spike attendance, but that number is so volatile that you'd have to re-adjust it practically weekly for it to be really effective.
