Wooooo..Perfect Game
I play out all my teams games; so this is my first perfect game. Great achievement but Im a little worried; Perez is pimply and balding.

And of course, it came against Cleveland!
![]() In my 10 year old fictional league there has been one perfect game. Not for my team, though.

Yeah, I noticed that too.
That's really cool. I don't think I've had one. Or if I did, it was long ago.

Cool, I played well over 20 years out in a league in OOTP8 and never had one, so I've never had one period. There were two perfect games in those years, just not in a game I played.
I did have 1 no hitter thrown against me and I had one pitcher throw a no-hitter. Man, when that happened I swear my pulse rate was going as though it were IRL. I can't imagine what it must've been like for a perfect game. COOL MAN!!!!!

My ace just threw a perfect game. I didn't see it happen, but I saw he had a no hitter and no walks when i read the news story, so I checked the box score, and his game was, in fact, perfect. I drafted the kid first overall like 6 seasons ago and he hasn't ever posted a record above .500 for me (despite my team being over .500 all three years) in his first three seasons, but this year he won over 20 to go along with this perfect game. Sorta feels like he finally lived up to the billing.
![]() EDIT: That specific game was also his 20th win, making him the first in my teams' 9 year history to win 20+ in a season. Last edited by damientheomen3; 03-08-2010 at 02:40 AM. |
