Merging Leagues

Hi there, I'm playing in a solo league. What I'm trying to do is setup a merged league - League A and League B merge into League C. Every time I do it the game crashes at the start of the new season. Is anyone able to tell me hoe to merge leagues?

I don't think you can do it.
