Saving Historical Data from 6.5

My league is looking to convert up to 10 from 6.5. In the manual, it details a utility available that is supposed to be able to convert the historical data that OOTP 10 cannot. We have played 35 seasons and really do not want to lose all of our records, etc.

However, when I go to the website mentioned in the manual (www.planetootp.com) to try and download that utility, the website is down. I get a 403 Forbidden error. Does anyone know the actual status of the website? Is it down for good? Is undergoing maintenance? Or, is there somewhere else I could download the utility (Larry Anderson's AU6XHistory) or would someone be willing to send me a copy?

I talked to Larry. His site is undergoing an upgrade and should be available again at the end of the month!
