10 team custom schedule...

I am creating a 10 team league and it bothers me that teams have the same days off. That means the #1 pitcher on a team usually plays the #1 on the opponents (and so on) all year long.

How can I change this without creating my own schedule by hand. I used to use Stickware for this but it won't work with this version. What if I loaded up 6.5 for a 10 team league and loaded that schedule? Is there a 10 team schedule I can download?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked this thread in the OOTP 9 mod forum?

If there is nothing there you might try posting a request in the OOTP 10 mod forum. I believe GMO still checks it out periodically and turns them out pretty quickly. Be precise as to how you want the schedule set up.

Thank you! I was hoping for one with a balanced schedule but these will do.

You can also take the real MLB schedules 1962-1968 and delete all the games involving teams 11-20, that will give you balanced with different days off.

So I would basically erase the NL portion (assuming they are 11-20) of the schedule?

Ok I just tried and it doesn't seem to work. Says it can't import as the imported schedule has a different structure than the current league.

I copied the file name and first few lines from a workable schedule I was using. The only difference is the schedule portion itself but still no use. Did I likely erase an extra game or something by mistake?
