What causes Error 141?
I've been commishing for a long time but I've never seen some of the errors I've been repeatedly getting when importing teams via FTP this season. Most often I'm getting error 141, which according to this post means "couldn't load human manager." I don't understand what that is supposed to mean. Is it a problem with their human_managers.dat file? Posting the dat file for the manager to download fixes the problem, but the strange part is that no managers have changed since their last working export.
What causes it to happen? Is there something I can do to prevent this from recurring in the future?

Hah! I've been wishing that they'd make public a list of the error codes for the longest time and here someone already had posted it years ago. Thanks for linking to it!
Still, they're not nearly descriptive enough and it'd certainly be best if they gave suggestions on how to avoid them.

I just got this error again with a team that has already had the problem once before this season and was able to resolve it by downloading human_managers.dat and exporting again. Now it's back for no apparent reason. I don't understand what the problem is. Nothing is changing about the human managers.
Hello? Anyone? Bueller? Are we just hoping this doesn't happen in v11, or...?
