de-license
install new to new computer
license on new.

If you only ever used 1 license i guess it wont matter as you are allowed 2 computers for each instance of license.

goodlluck

0) find out your license key (order ID#) by looking at your receipt file in the OOTP10 folder in the program files folder (this is presuming you're using a PC, if not it might be different)
1) unlicense
2) download the full install, not the demo
3) install
4) license
5) move your files from your old computer to the new

There is no difference. The Demo is the full version, except it has restrictions. Once you license the game, the restrictions are done.

When you go to download, whether you choose Demo or not, you are getting the exact same file.

I don't think they are actually. Yes, they're both close to 220MB, but there's a 4MB difference and the demo has an Aug 3 date while the regular has a Nov 12. I don't know whether those dates correspond to patches or anything, but there might be something different that's worth getting the regular setup.

Did you right-click and select "run as admin"? The first time you use a program you often have to do that.

If you did what kq76 suggested and it still won't start, I can help you get it going, but you'll need to open a new ticket in the new tech support section here: OOTP Developments Support Overview

They are the same thing. You can license the Demo and have regular unrestricted play. It's been that way for many versions.
