Best league setup so that I can only judge players by their stats?
I am going into the 2010 league, and I'd like to play with no scouts and the computers also having no scouts so that every one has to rely on just being able to read and predict stats of previous years. Is this possible? I'm thinking no ratings, no scouting reports, etc. Just plain stats to view... Thanks.
