Anyone Have the Bill James Handbooks 2003-2009?

I want to put together an MLB stadium pack that uses a large sample size of park factor data. The data ESPN has up doesn't have L/R splits, but the Bill James data does. The problem is that I can't seem to find all years of the Bill James data (or really any) up on the web.

I was hoping someone on the forums either knew where to look or had the handbooks and would be willing to invest a half hour to type up the tables in Excel.

Essentially, what I was planning on doing was taking the 2003-2009 data points, throwing out the high and the low year for each park for each metric (LHR, RHR, 2B, 3B, etc) and then averaging the remaining data. That seemed like a more comprehensive approach than the more standard 3yr average.
