Budget Question

So im doing a historical league that i started in 1977 and im now in 1986 and i keep having this problem everytime i get to free agency. The problem i get is when i try to sign someone it shows i have $62,393,205 left for players contracts this season but when i try to sign someone i get this message

"Your owner does NOT approve this deal! The reason is that your projected payroll in a future season is higher that the current budget"

What the hell??? How do i get around this or actually is there anyway to get around this?

Nevermind, i just reset the budgets based on payroll in the game set up menu and that cleared it up
