World.dat Errors

Sorry for posting here but I am not getting any response from tech support tickets.

I had to delete my computer and redownload and license OOTP 10.

I downloaded the game and our online full league starter file and extracted into saved games. The game and file installed in My Documents but won't open the league file stating that it can't find names and the world.dat file.

I see the world.dat file but where should it be? I am assuming it is in the wrong place to not allow me to open the league game and keep sending error messages?

How to install a starter league file from an online league?
