Question about Statistics and Era's
Hey guys,
Hope all is well. I downloaded the OOTP 10 demo last night and want to give it the old college try before I go ahead and confirm my purchase of OOTP 11 (I figure they are very similar). I’m loving what I’m playing so far, been awhile. I haven’t played OOTP since 2002, maybe 2003. Anyhow, I recall back in the day there was a way to toy with the statistical engine and customize it to how you see fit. Personally, I’m more of a fan of the late 80’s, early 90’s game. Less power, more speed, more sub 3.30 era’s. Ideally I’d like to have a home run champ with 40-42 homeruns as opposed to the current 50-55. In addition, a batting champion in the 320’s, 330’s etc…I’m sure there are some baseball aficionados’ who know what I am talking about (I’m not as knowledgeable as the bulk of you). Any assistance? Thanks J |

This is a good thread to get started. You may simply want to download Skydog's quick and open it to see the setting. Or you can read the thread and its links to get the settings and why he chose them.
NABA Quick Start now available via Add-Ons Central. (with RonCo Dev, SkyDog settings) |
