OOTPX Manual ???
I know there is an online manual, but is there a way I can print out the manual ???

You can print out the individual webpages, but, no, I'm pretty sure there's no easy way to do it.

EDIT: I don't say that for me as I've never printed it out myself, but lots of people have said they've printed past versions of it out in the past.
