One heckuva no-hitter
Do people even play v.10 anymore?
![]() Well, I do. I play out every game, and I like to get a few seasons in and really experience each version before buying the new one. So I enjoy living in the past. Anyways, 5/5/2010 in my '09 MLB start-up league, and the Nationals combined for a two-pitcher no-hitter of the Braves. Offseason acquisition Dustin McGowan was pulled after throwing eight innings of no-hit ball at home, on just 100 pitches. But the game was still scoreless at that point. Randy Williams then pitched a scoreless ninth. He walked two but kept the no-hitter intact. Then Brandon Snyder ripped a walkoff three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth for the winner and the no-hitter. Too bad McGowan didn't get the win. v.10 is still producing results! Huzzah!
