Player Suspensions and Spring Training

Gotta glitch to report. If a player is suspended at the end of the regular season and the length of it carries into the next season, that player cannot play in spring training. Not sure if this effects postseason games, but I just went through this with Strasburg getting into a brawl in his last start of the year and he cannot play in ST games.

Not only that, when a player gets suspended DURING Spring Training, the supension carries over into the regular season.
