How to have the AI manage the Minor Leagues

Is there a way to get the AI to move players around the minor leagues automatically, or just use the have AI adjust the minor leagues or whatever it's called.

Also or do most people move the minors themselves instead of the AI?

I let the AI handle my minors and they will have some players play at various levels. I had 1 MR start at AAA, then pitch at A then R, and finish at AA.

Mainly I guess I want to know if there is something i have to set to have the the AI adjust the minors automatically and do they move them between the different leagues?

under mgr options set the AI to mange your minor leagues, they will put the best players at the highest level and shuffle players due to injury.

Do you let the minor managers do the releases and signings also?

depends on my leagues...in a solo league with a lot of minors i do, in 1 where i just have 1-2 levels i do them after the draft.
