Key Retrieval For Former Beta Tester

Not sure who to contact about this so I hope someone will be able to contact me.

I was a beta tester for OOTP X and I still use it for the online league I run. I recently had computer problems and had to reinstall Windows. When I try to reinstall OOTP X with the only license key I've ever had it fails to authenticate the key. Curiously however I can go to the elicense website and plug that key in and it lets me download a copy of OOTP X if I wanted to.

If anyone can help please PM me. I can of course provide the key I have privately. Thanks.
