HELP! I Can't import for a historical league.

So I downloaded the lahman 5.4 comma delimited files and stuff. I want to import a league from 2006 and play from there. I am able to do this. However, if I check off the option to import the entire league history then at the import part it stops at 0% and the game does not respond, I end up having to force quit. I am using a mac by the way. Can anyone tell me why this happens.

Reports are that import complete history is not working for leagues created after 1990.

I would suggest starting an earlier league to get the full use of this feature. Or try playing without it until the next patch.

Another popular thing to do is to create your own history by importing really early, simming 50 or 60 years overnight while your in bed, and then begin play at exactly where you want.

This problem should be fixed by the next patch. Sorry for the inconvenience.
