How would you set up the minors for 1922?

I was trying to pick a good year to try and set up the entire baseball world. While the game does a great job setting up for modern day leagues, baseball looked a lot different in the past.

The first issue is, none of the teams are farm teams to a major league team.
Each team has it's own 'reserved' player(s), for the upcoming season. Some players are free to talk to any team, and some seem to be restricted to talk to only certain leagues. So would each Minor League need to be set up as it's own league in the game? (I already can see needing to create a ton of players - will the game allow different leagues-in the same game, to have different rules about fictional players......i guess i will have to try it!)

Here is what minor league baseball looked like in 1922 according to the National Association of Professional Leagues (via the Reach Guide for 1923).

Minor League Baseball 1922
(Each league has 8 teams unless noted)

Class AA
International
American Association
Pacific Coast League

Class A
Southern
Western
Eastern
Texas

Class B
Three-I
Michigan-Ontario
Virgina (6)
Eastern Canada (4)
Pacific Interntaional
Central (6)
South Atlantic (6)

Class C
Flordia State (6)
Piedmont (6)
Southwestern
Western Association

Class D
Blue Ridge (6)
West Texas
Nebraska (6)
Dakota
Blue Grass (6)
Appalachian (6)
Cotton States (6)
Texas-Oklahoma
Eastern Shore (6)
Mississppi Valley (6)
Kitty League (8)
Oklahoma State (6)

The other issue being, how to turn them into farm teams later on (mid-30's) smoothly.

(this is starting to look real complicated.......)

OOTP, strictly speaking, isn't really equipped to recreate the way the minors' relationship to the majors has evolved over the years, though there are a few possible workarounds to get it to mimic it to some extent.

It's something I really want to see worked on for next year, so that recreating that relationship's evolution can be much more true-to-life.
