Well, aside from the fact that I think you hacked me in the other thread about Shaun, I'll still respond to this, to at least save you some time in the learning curve. Be advised there are no perfect settings that I've found for what you desire, and I say this because I desire much of the same thing.

First, follow this thread, and then I will post back in a bit after you give some feedback. I'll let you know what I am currently in the midst of doing (testing). It will prove one way or another how to go about what we are wanting to accomplish. That is, whether the capacity even exists in the game.

yes, actually all I've ever done is use peak seasons.
