I started my league in 1959, it is now 1960 and for the past two years I have signed a minimum of contract extensions and only signed two free agents. It is now May of 1960 and I do not have enough money to sign any of my players to contract extensions. My free Agents I signed were middle of the road Free Agents with low contract demands. I checked other teams and there are many that are short of money.

It seems that the financial structure is still the same as v9. I am going to use the financial adds that I made in v9 which at least made the game more interesting and allows me to keep my higher earning players around for more than a couple of years....
