Real Retirement
I would like to know whether your using real retirement or not. I was using it and its really hard to lose some guys in their prime. I found myself checking the real records when trading, to me its like cheating so i turned it off. It really is a great addition though for accuracy.

I don't use this option at all, I prefer to be surprise by the player who have retired too soon in real life.
I check only the real record to see if a player had played with my team (MON) in real life. My #1 rule in my league is that I can only trade for or sign player who played with the Expos in real life. I think of printing all the Expos stats from 1969 to the end from Baseball reference, so I would have no reason to check the real stats. |

I never use retire by history, either. I like my historical replays to be what ifs? more than simulations of what happened. AESP_pres, that's an interesting idea to only get players that played for your franchise. I might have to try that soon.
