Minor league teams and their history

Setting up a dynasty in the mid-80´s I would like make the minor leagues as true as possible.

My concern is that when the dynasty is first created I have to change all minor league teams and their ML club.
Also create and setup up the different leagues like International League and so on.

Now for history all expansion clubs and the rearrangement of divisions and moving of Brewers to the National League will in my hopes go fine without one have to intervene.

However the minor leagues are different. Firstly will good schedules be created when I reset teams and league (plan to use AAA and AA only)

What happens when expansion teams pops up. How can I change ML teams and their host MajorL team.

Many changed over the years. Buffalo Bisons from Cleveland in 1987 to Pittsburgh in 1988.
What will I have to do,and can it be done ????
I´m concern of the players in these teams naturally and I guess you understand the whole problem.

Give mre instruction how I will manage this over the years
