League Settings Question

So I'm trying to set up a 1871 league and I'm having trouble getting the league settings right. I've got the standard league settings that get imported when you start a historical league in 1871, but I've edited the league structure to have the correct 9 teams (schedule was manually entered to be reflect actual games played in 1871).

The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to get more than 70 CG's out of 254 games. In real life, there were 231 CG's in 254 games. I've tried increasing the SP endurance to 6.000 and reducing the number of roster spots to 15, but with the other league totals (H, 2B, 3B, HR, BB, K's) all about where they were in real life, this is the one stat I'm struggling with still. Any ideas?

Have you tried lowering injuries to very low and fatigue to low?
Also changing rotation to 1 or 2.

Currently in OOTP you won't get anywhere near 231 CG's.

The engine just won't allow it no matter how high you set your starter endurance in the strategy modifiers. Doing the fatigue and injury things help as well but it seems you just can't get there from here on the OOTP bus currently.
