Looking for historicial minor league info

Does anyone know of a link to any threads or of any web sites that would offer information for minor league teams, their affiliations, where the teams were located, and what years they played at that location, etc.?

I'd like to start a historical MLB league in 1900 that has the minor league teams being historically correct as to their names, nicknames, locations, etc.

I've found some sites for later periods (for instance, I'm simming in the 60's now), but nothing this early. Sounds like a lot of digging.

Baseball America makes an Encyclopedia of Minor League Baseball. While I'm not intimately familiar with it, I would think it would contain the info you seek. Maybe you can find one at a library (or they are $50 to buy new).
