Names for coaches/scouts

One thing I dislike when playing a 19th century historical league is that the names of coaches and scouts generated by the game are not really era-appropriate. Are these names generated the same way fictional player names are generated ? If so, could I just use questdog's era-appropriate name files to no longer have hispanic or japanese guys around ? (I like to have them in modern era simulations, but they just were not around back then in RL).
I would appreciate help so that I don't have to start a new sim just to find it out myself (my spare time for playing OOTP is slim to none at the moment so I try to check things out the way I could do from the office

I am in believement that personnel names come from the same file as player names.
