okay thanks, I heard they were in discussion for another patch possibly and I was wondering if this issue was being addressed or not.

Wierd how its just me, or am I running a very unique game?

Make sure you do not inadvertantly change the league totals. Leave them alone and at the default levels and only change the modifiers if you wish to change something.

The only way OOTP gives you the extremely large modifier is if the league totals have been changed. Once that happens all bets are off.

I dont change the modifiers, modifiers are at 1 because the notepad file has the erastats as all being modern era

You can change the modifiers as needed.

Just do not change the league totals.
