Hi,
I'm playing a 1977 historical league which has been working fine until I got to the "30 days before the draft" draft pool leaking and I was surprised to see that all the players available to draft were fictional.

I had the automatically import players to original teams box checked and I had the amateur draft box checked (with the draft set for June 15th).

I really want an alternate history where I can draft the players who were rookies the next year; and I absolutely don't want any fictional players in my league...

Is there anything I can do? and if there is, please help me...

By importing players to their original team, the game has no choice but to create fictionals if you also want a draft. You can't have both, the imported players in a draft and assign them to their original teams.

Uncheck "assign to original team" and then your players will go into the draft pool.

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but I had a similar one. I was also playing a historical league and wanted to draft the real world rookies through the draft. I accidentally forgot to check the option to import the real world rookies.

I manually deleted all the players from the draft pool and changed the date of the draft to be 30+ days away. When it became 30 days away from the draft, the game then imported the proper rookies. You might need to be in commissioner mode to do this, I can't remember.

Thanks for the help. My last question is, how you do you manually delete the fictional players in the draft pool like you said you did?

1) Turn on commisioner mode for your manager on the manager options screen.
2) Select Review the Draft Pool on the manager home screen.
3) Right click on a player in the draft pool and select delete.
