How to create historical league w/ fictional players?

I'm planning to create one and re-write the history of baseball but with fictional players. Is it possible?

Try searching. There is a pretty detailed thread on this. I want to say Deja Bru (aka 1998 Yankees) may have done it. Just a guess though.
