Step by Step Help Request

I know this is probably a little selfish to ask, but I'd love some fill-in-the-blank help if any of you mavens have the time.

I'm trying to set up a fictional 8-team, one division league, starting in the 1903 U.S., with players at major league level and playing with a dead ball. This part I think I can handle.

Where I can't make things work is in setting up the names, ethnicities, and facegen pics. What I want: historical U.S. names only; historical U.S. ethnicities for baseball in that (sad) period, with maybe one or two (max) African-Americans appearing each year; facegen pics to match ethnicities and the era (i.e. no goatees, dammit! and lots of handlebar mustaches and lambchops). I see the settings for mustache types, but I can never get them to "take".

Can anyone help me with the following step-by-step?

1) edit Nations.txt and add a historical US as per this thread.

2) [edit Cities.txt to reflect 1903 states ONLY] How??

3) Set up fictional 8-team, one division league, starting in the 1903 U.S., with 1903 historical league settings, no foreigners. What else?? How do I get the facegen to work correctly?

4) Start game????
