HoW To Import Historical Teams?

Hi, I Am New With The GamE, And Am HavinG All Kinds Of Fits
Trying To Set Up Leagues.
Can Someone GivE Me The Commands To Import HisTorical Teams,
Into 2 Leagues, 2 Divisions Per League, 18 Teams Per Division?

I Am Trying To Set Up a ALL-Time Greatest Teams Leagues Universe.
If That Is Too ManY Teams Per League, That Is OK,---JusT GivE Me The CommanD/Steps I Need To TakE, In Order To Set Up ThE
Leagues' Structure, And Then HoW To PopuLate Them, With The
Historical Teams.
