I'm playing OOTP8 and 10 and having two issues. One...I know how to put in historical pics in the photo folder, but having a heck of a time editing any. I simply replace the photo I don't want with another in the folder. But it does not work that way. What step am I missing? Two...how do I structure a league of great past teams from different years. Any help on these two issues would be appreciated.

Once you've already created a photo for a player, the game does not look in the photo folder anymore. The game is actually taking pics from the news\html\images folder within your saved game (not the photo folder); OOTP copies pics from the photo folder into this images folder when it first creates a pic for a player.

To change a player's pic, you need to replace the corresponding pic in the news\html\images folder. Alternatively, you can delete the pic in the images folder, then it will look in the photo folder and recopy for you. But I usually just replace it myself.

I'm not sure I understand your second question.

My other question was....how can you create a league of all time teams.
Say I want to have a league of the 1927 Yankees and the 1984 Cubs and
maybe the best of each franchise.
Not quite sure how to create on or if it's possible.
